If you are logged out of your Cloud Proofing account and attempt to publish an album in Pixellu SmartAlbums, the following message will appear: "You are currently not logged in to Cloud Proofing. Please log in and upload the album again." 

If you would like to avoid uploading the album again, you can publish the album from your web browser by following these steps:

Solution

  1. Log into Cloud Proofing via your web browser.
  2. In the list of albums shown in your account, hover over the album that you need to publish and click on the gear icon that appears.
  3. Choose Publish in the dropdown menu.
