Our support team may ask for your machine's System Information file while troubleshooting. This file will provide us with information about your computer, which will help us investigate the problem you may be having. Please follow these short steps to save that file onto your machine and send it to us:

  1. Select the Apple icon on the top-left corner of your screen. 
  2. Choose About This Mac > System Report.
  3. After you've opened your System Information file, select File > Save in the top menu. 
  4. Locate the saved file and send it to us as an attachment.
