High-DPR screens on Windows

Some high-DPR screens may have trouble displaying SmartAlbums properly. To ensure that the software is displayed properly, we can suggest the following:

Always keep Windows up-to-date

Although Windows should periodically check for updates automatically, you can learn how to check for updates on your machine manually here to ensure that your software is always up-to-date.

Allow Windows to fix the app automatically

If SmartAlbums appears blurry on your machine, a " Fix apps that are blurry?" prompt should appear on Windows. Once this prompt appears, choose Yes, open Settings, and select Apply to resolve the issue:

If this prompt does not appear, simply open the Start menu and go to  Settings > System > Display > Advanced scaling settings. Then, you can turn on the Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry option to enable this feature manually.
