Cloud Proofing: Publishing issue

Announcement: Pay-Per-Album credits are ending November 2nd, 2026. From that date, new projects will use SmartAlbums Proofing. Albums already uploaded to Cloud Proofing will keep working until November 2nd, 2027. Learn more here.

If you are logged out of your Cloud Proofing account and attempt to publish an album in SmartAlbums, the following message will appear: "You are currently not logged in to Cloud Proofing. Please log in and upload the album again." 

Solution

  1. Log in to Cloud Proofing via your web browser.
  2. In the list of albums shown in your account, hover over the album that you need to publish and click on the gear icon that appears.
  3. Select View latest draft in the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose Publish in the album view.
